HOW TO USE NING WISELY

* PLEASE ADD YOURSELF TO THE MEMBER MAP
so that we can all see how many are close enough for get-togethers. "Edit My Location" adds or moves your pin.
* UPLOAD A HEAD SHOT.
People will welcome, trust, and respond to you MUCH more readily.
* JOIN YOUR LOCAL GROUP -
if there isn't one suggest it here.
* DROP BY OUR COMMON ROOM - The WALL.
* Read the latest Humour. * Join one or two interest or support groups.

* REACH OUT - See someone you'd like to know better? Go to their profile page and send a friend request or message using the links there.

* TAKE PART IN A DISCUSSION, but stick to one or two at a time. Keep copies of posts you value!
* LIMIT EMAILS FROM NING HERE. Deflect spam by clicking "just friends" in your profile Settings; Privacy; Moderation.
* READ THE USER GUIDE....
* TRY THE TAB PULLDOWN MENUS:
User guide, FAQ, and help are there, among other things.
* CHECK OUT THE Chat facility
(to see who's around, click bottom right).
* DON'T TRY TO DO EVERY-THING.
